The holiday home 'Private Pool Spa and Sauna' is located in Uzemain. The 150 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A private sauna and jacuzzi are available year-round. A baby cot, high chair, and childcare equipment are provided. The outdoor area offers a heated pool during the warm season, a garden, an open-air terrace, a barbecue, and a playground. Please note, the pool is optimally heated from April to October. During colder months, pool heating is not possible due to technical limitations. In autumn, depending on the weather, the water temperature may not reach 26°C. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Smoking is not permitted. Loud noise is not allowed after 10 pm. The interior is step-free for easy access. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee. The property follows waste sorting guidelines.
